About the company: In partnership with a global leader in advanced manufacturing systems, we are seeking a VP Manufacturing Operations to drive production performance across US facilities.
Role summary: Accountable for plant operations, throughput, quality and continuous improvement across multiple sites.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead site operations leaders to meet output, cost and quality targets;
- Drive Lean and Six Sigma programs across the network;
- Own capacity planning, capital projects and automation roadmaps;
- Partner with supply chain to ensure material availability;
- Embed a strong safety culture and regulatory compliance.
Candidate profile:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Operations or related field;
- 12+ years in manufacturing operations with multi-site leadership;
- Proven track record in Lean transformation and P&L ownership;
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
