Role Overview
The Head of Sales will lead growth with prime contractors across defense, intelligence, and civil space sectors. This role combines sales leadership, team building, and direct account ownership, with responsibility for driving new business, managing strategic relationships, and closing high-value opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, lead, and mentor a U.S. Government Markets Sales team.
- Develop and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities across DoD, Intelligence, and Civil Space customers.
- Personally oversee major accounts and guide the pursuit of complex, enterprise-level deals.
- Establish strong executive relationships with U.S. Government prime contractors.
- Deliver accurate forecasting, reporting, and performance tracking.
- Represent the company at industry events and customer engagements.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated success closing large, complex deals with U.S. Government prime contractors or major players in the space sector.
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Background in spacecraft or adjacent markets.

- Active TS or TS/SCI clearance
