Biogas Pumps Sales Director

Job Title: Business Line Manager – Biogas

The Business Line Manager will lead the growth strategy for progressive cavity pumps within North America, expanding market presence and bringing solutions to customers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to achieve revenue growth and ensure market penetration for industrial progressive cavity pumps.
  • Evaluate and strategically manage the sales network through representatives, distributors and resellers, building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Assess and define customer applications and ensure integrity in the application of products.
  • Set and evaluate pricing models for equipment and lead negotiations.
  • Forecast and set sales goals for growth targets in the U.S.
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics and performance, providing reports and insights on sales activities.
  • Manage a team of sales professionals, sharing knowledge and expertise.
  • Responsible for recruiting, retention, and development of employees on the team.
  • Provide regular updates on market conditions, competitor activity, and customer demands.

Qualifications:

  • 4 year degree in Engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration.
  • A minimum of 10 years related experience in industrial equipment sales with at least 5 years selling progressive cavity pumps.
  • A minimum of 5 years management experience, leading a team. Ability to develop, establish, and maintain relationships
  • Ability to prioritize and make self-directed decisions, multi-task, and function effectively under frequent deadlines
  • Ability to work through problems from a professional, technical, practical and business profitability perspective
  • Detail oriented with excellent personal organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 60% Travel
