The VP Commercial Strategy will play a pivotal role in shaping how the business captures market share as the energy transition accelerates.
Role summary: Lead commercial strategy, pricing, partnerships and new business models to grow market share in distributed energy resources and critical power.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop pricing and commercial frameworks for complex bids;
- Build strategic alliance programs and channel partnerships;
- Lead commercial due diligence for M&A and partnerships;
- Coach sales leadership on deal structuring and value-selling;
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
Candidate profile:
- 10+ years in commercial strategy within power, grid, or energy storage sectors;
- Strategy consulting or in-house corporate strategy experience advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills and stakeholder management.
