Flowtec is looking for a Sales and Operations Leader that has a strong backgroud in distribution and B2B environments.
Responsibilities
- Ensure team members execute the Division’s short- and long-term sales and operations goals and objectives.
- Execute a strategic business plan for the division including achievement of assigned metrics such as those related to financial forecasts and customer
- Manage division’s P&L
- Execute the Division’s sales and operations goals and objectives
- Oversee Regional Managers, Territory Managers and Sales Center Managers.
- Develop market strategies and build new accounts
Qualifications:
- A minimum of six years of hands-on senior sales and operations leadership experience
- Experience within two-step distribution and/or B2B environment preferred.
- Finance and business acumen with demonstrated experience managing P&L and analyzing sales and market data.
- Ability to collaborate at all levels of the organization to meet corporate and division goals working effectively across diverse functions within a business.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
