Divisional President

Flowtec is looking for a Sales and Operations Leader that has a strong backgroud in distribution and B2B environments.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure team members execute the Division’s short- and long-term sales and operations goals and objectives.
  • Execute a strategic business plan for the division including achievement of assigned metrics such as those related to financial forecasts and customer
  • Manage division’s P&L
  • Execute the Division’s sales and operations goals and objectives
  • Oversee Regional Managers, Territory Managers and Sales Center Managers.
  • Develop market strategies and build new accounts

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of six years of hands-on senior sales and operations leadership experience
  • Experience within two-step distribution and/or B2B environment preferred.
  • Finance and business acumen with demonstrated experience managing P&L and analyzing sales and market data.
  • Ability to collaborate at all levels of the organization to meet corporate and division goals working effectively across diverse functions within a business.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
