Chief Sales Officer (CSO)

We’re working with a technology-led industrial group with proprietary platforms spanning connectivity, edge computing and advanced analytics for manufacturing and critical infrastructure. The UK operation is a strategic growth priority, and the incoming CSO will have both the autonomy and the investment to build something significant.

Role summary: Develop and execute a high-performance commercial organisation focused on strategic customers and channel growth.

Key responsibilities:

  • Create and implement a UK commercial plan aligned to global objectives;
  • Build a high-calibre sales leadership team;
  • Lead negotiation of strategic, multi-year contracts;
  • Align sales, marketing, and product for customer-centric solutions;
  • Report to the regional MD and participate in executive leadership.

Candidate profile:

  • 12+ years in senior B2B sales roles within industrial tech;
  • Experience managing high-value tenders and partnerships;
  • Strong people leadership and cultural alignment skills.

  • Executive base salary benchmarked at the upper quartile;
  • Short-term incentive: up to 35% of salary based on financial and strategic KPIs;
