We’re working with a technology-led industrial group with proprietary platforms spanning connectivity, edge computing and advanced analytics for manufacturing and critical infrastructure. The UK operation is a strategic growth priority, and the incoming CSO will have both the autonomy and the investment to build something significant.
Role summary: Develop and execute a high-performance commercial organisation focused on strategic customers and channel growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Create and implement a UK commercial plan aligned to global objectives;
- Build a high-calibre sales leadership team;
- Lead negotiation of strategic, multi-year contracts;
- Align sales, marketing, and product for customer-centric solutions;
- Report to the regional MD and participate in executive leadership.
Candidate profile:
- 12+ years in senior B2B sales roles within industrial tech;
- Experience managing high-value tenders and partnerships;
- Strong people leadership and cultural alignment skills.
