Commercial Lead – Data Centre Projects

We are partnering with a leading data center delivery company that is looking for a Commercial Lead to join a major project in Dublin. You’ll manage financial performance, budgets, procurement, and reporting, while leading a commercial team in a fast-paced project environment.

What you’ll do:

• Oversee procurement, cost control, and commercial reporting
• Manage subcontractor/supplier onboarding and contracts
• Build strong client and supply chain relationships
• Drive risk management and ensure contractual compliance
• Lead billing, cash collection, and budget oversight

What you’ll need:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
• Main Contractor experience (essential)
• MEP/data centre experience (advantageous)
• Strong commercial, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of multiple procurement models
