Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – Robotics Division, USA

A high-growth division of a global automation group, this US business unit designs and deploys autonomous material handling systems for distribution, manufacturing and e-commerce environments. Having secured significant Series B investment from its parent, the unit is scaling rapidly and requires a proven CEO to lead the next phase of growth.

Role summary: Responsible for overall business performance, strategic direction, market expansion, and stakeholder engagement.

Key responsibilities:

  • Define and execute strategic growth plans for North American markets;
  • Drive commercial performance and customer acquisition;
  • Oversee product-market fit and partnerships;
  • Ensure operational excellence and financial discipline;
  • Represent the business with investors and large customers.

Candidate profile:

  • Proven CEO/GM experience in robotics, automation or industrial tech;
  • Strong commercial acumen and technical understanding;
  • Experience scaling operations across the US;
  • MBA or equivalent senior leadership experience preferred.
