Key responsibilities:
- Define and execute strategic growth plans for North American markets;
- Drive commercial performance and customer acquisition;
- Oversee product-market fit and partnerships;
- Ensure operational excellence and financial discipline;
- Represent the business with investors and large customers.
Candidate profile:
- Proven CEO/GM experience in robotics, automation or industrial tech;
- Strong commercial acumen and technical understanding;
- Experience scaling operations across the US;
- MBA or equivalent senior leadership experience preferred.
