Applications Engineer / Technical Trainer

Job Summary:

The Technical Trainer EMEA is responsible for the training of our customers and internal staff on our products across our entire product portfolio, including Audio Visual equipment and LED screens.

Essential Functions / Major Responsibilities:

•Provide product training to customers and internal staff

•Field installations to support the technical team and learn from the field

•Ability to learn the functionality of our products

•Training documentation

•Manage training materials

•Cooperation between US and EU Training Departments

•Create product manuals in collaboration with the US team

•Continuously update the training product catalog

Requirements:

•Electrical, technical, or other related background

•Career changers with electronics skills welcome

•Ability to travel within Europe to deliver training

•Good personal communication skills required to deal effectively with customers and act as a trainer

•Working knowledge of standard software and tools

•Ability to maintain acceptable standards of office behaviour

•Class B driving license

•Language Skills: German as local language and English
