Commission Scheme
Commission is paid on a quarterly basis on the last workday in the following months; March, June, September and December.
- €0-€15,000 is paid @ 10%
- €15,001-€30,000 is paid @ 20%
- €30,001+ is paid @ 30%

You will be working alongside the best and most successful recruitment consultants in their field who have now set up Flowtec and have a true interest in you achieving your full potential. About you?
You will be degree qualified or equivalent, with a clear motivation to learn.
Great communication skills and confidence are a must as you will be speaking with a range of industry professionals every day.
