Account Manager Systems Sales (M/F)
Within our Systems Solutions sales department, we are looking for an Account Manager for the Flanders Region.
The Systems Solutions department specifically focuses on industrial automation at Level 2 (DCS, SIS, PLC, SCADA) and Level 3 (DX, Cybersecurity, AI/ML, APC, IIoT, AMS, APC Historian, Dashboarding, Work Permits, etc.).
As an Account Manager for System Solutions, your role includes:
- Serving as the main point of contact for a variety of accounts in your region.
- Building a close, trusted relationship with each client’s stakeholders.
- Embracing Flowtec’s vision of establishing long-term partnerships with each client. This means spending as much time as possible with clients to build relationships, understanding their needs, and generating interest in our solutions.
- Coupling your technical knowledge with your sales talent to maintain and expand revenue from your accounts.
- Identifying new business opportunities in your region. You are passionate, observant, and ready to seize every commercial opportunity, acting as both a “hunter” and a “farmer.”
- Listening to clients, analyzing their needs and requirements, and collaborating with the internal team to create professional proposals based on our innovative solutions.
- Presenting proposals clearly and effectively to win clients over.

What You Bring to the Table:
- A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Sciences, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Ideally, a few years of experience with industrial process control, DCS, or PLC.
- The ability to quickly establish trust with various interlocutors.
- A passion for technology and enthusiasm for our solutions.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to logically analyze industrial applications, proposing and implementing creative solutions.
- A proactive work attitude and a strong team spirit.
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch, French, and English.
- The ability to work independently but with enough team spirit to involve the entire sales team in developing sales strategies.
