For over 25 years, my client has been a leading commercial general contractor in the Cincinnati/Dayton Metro area. Specializing in multiple sectors such as Commercial, Warehouse/Distribution, Office Spaces, Retail and Mixed-use projects ranging from $1M-$30M. They are constantly winning work and looking to bring on an experienced Construction Project Manager to focus on ground-up commercial and light industrial projects throughout the greater Cincinnati area.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 5+ years of Project Management experience overseeing commercial projects
• Must have estimating experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of Procore, Microsoft Office and Estimating Software applications
• Strong work ethic and self-motivated
• Excellent customer service skills and experience when handling client communications

OFFER:

• $90,000-$110,000 (based on experience)
