HR Office Coordinator

My client is a family-owned, medium-sized commercial general contractor based in the northern suburbs of Chicago. They specialize in multiple sectors such as retail, tenant improvements, offices spaces, healthcare and various other projects across the Chicagoland area. They are looking for a full-time Construction HR/Office Coordinator to join their team.

REQUIREMENTS:

Construction Administrator

  • Prepare / Issue Subcontracts & Purchase Orders
  • Prepare Short Form Contract Proposals
  • Collect / Verify Insurance Certificates
  • Assist Pre-construction / Procurement team in Maintaining Bidding Lists and Managing subcontractor / vendor information
  • Assist Pre-construction / Procurement team with subcontractor / vendor in bidding various projects

Project Coordination (Project Specific)

  • Submittals – Shop Drawings / Product Data
  • Drawings Tracking / Issuing to Field / Subcontractors
  • Preparing RFIs
  • Project Close Out Binders

Accounting / Office Administrator

  • Prepare General Contractor Statements / Proposals
  • Collect / Review Waivers of Lien
  • Collect / Verify W9s
  • Collect / Review Process Invoices
  • Reconcile Employee Expense Reports

OFFER:

  • $55,000-$65,000 (based on experience)
