The General Manager (GM) leads daily operations, strategic planning, and overall performance. This pivotal role drives growth by managing staff, optimising processes, ensuring customer satisfaction, and increasing profitability. Based in Rotterdam, the GM shapes the company’s market presence and fosters a strong organisational culture.

Candidate Profile

Experience

• Minimum 3 years in a senior role with people management responsibilities.
• Extensive experience in sales and business development, ideally in the valve industry.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed operational and financial goals.
