• 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
• You are driven by results, and targets and have gotten strong relationship-building skills.
• A strong track record to date with ambitions to lead investments and global teams.
• Working with executives is what you enjoy, and you understand their mindset.
• Instinctive people skills, ability to understand, assess and interpret individual requirements and business needs.
• Innovative solution provider, ability to identify and seize opportunities, driven, curious and hungry to learn.
• You know how to combine your business savviness with your ability to connect with people.
