Flowtec Group, a leading headhunting firm, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our US market team. As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of business strategies, building, and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring the continued growth and success of Flowtec Group in the US market.

Responsibilities:

• Setting retained recruitment solutions to the technical industries such as Engineering, IT and Life Sciences.
• Lead a team of Business Developers to identify new business opportunities and generate leads for the Recruitment team.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure the successful placement of candidates.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
• Attend industry events and conferences to network and build brand recognition.
• Provide regular reports to senior management on team performance and market trends.
• Continuously improve sales processes and strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, HR or a related field.
• At least 5 years experience as a Business development manager, preferably in a Recruitment agency or headhunting firm.
• Proven experience and track record as a Business Development Manager or similar leadership role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve results.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
